Culture Co-Op

Culture-Co-Op is the Creative People and Places project in Rochdale which holds regular ‘Lab sessions’ to discuss different approaches to systems change, with a particular focus on arts and cultural access. The project works with a network of arts organisations, community groups and local service providers from across the Borough.

David Jubb shared ideas about power and agency and how citizens’ juries and assemblies can disrupt conventional models of decision-making. He also took part in a new Culture Co-Op podcast to be released in 2025.
