Engage's Groundswell

Groundswell was a two-day hybrid event aimed at people at all stages of their career working in visual arts engagement. The theme for the event was ‘local practice leading global change’.

Saad Eddine Said and David Jubb presented a keynote speech which explored their partnership, the challenges of inequality in the cultural sector, their spectrum of agency, and the opportunity to use citizen-led decision-making with tools such a citizens’ juries and assemblies.
